This complete outdoor stable with canopy from Mulder Stable and Yard is a spacious and well-organised solution for professional equestrian facilities and larger private stables. With five horse boxes, an integrated storage area and a generous covered area, this stable offers comfort, efficiency and flexibility for daily stable operations.
The total dimensions of the outdoor stable are 12,2 metres in length and 10,5 metres in width, providing ample space for horses, storage and sheltered working areas.
Stable Fronts with Sliding Doors, Mini Doors and Feed Openings
The stable fronts are equipped with sliding doors featuring integrated mini doors and feed openings. This allows horses to put their heads outside while maintaining control over feeding and daily routines. The combination of sliding doors and mini doors ensures ease of use, space efficiency and increased comfort for the horses.
Partition Walls Designed for Social Contact
The partition walls between the horse boxes are fitted with bars in the upper section as standard, supporting visual contact and herd interaction. Fully closed partition walls are also available if more separation or calm is required.
As standard, the stable is fitted with strong 32 mm polymer planks in black or brown, which are easy to clean and highly resistant to moisture and daily wear. Bamboo planks are available as an optional upgrade for a more refined and natural appearance.
Two-Part Tilt-and-Turn Stable Doors per Horse Box
Each horse box is equipped with a two-part tilt-and-turn stable door. This allows horses to move in and out calmly and provides flexibility in daily use. When horses remain inside, the upper section of the door can be opened, allowing the horse to look outside while the lower section remains closed.
Spacious Canopy for Covered Outdoor Use
This stable features a canopy with a depth of no less than 3 metres. The canopy creates a large covered outdoor area, allowing you to work, prepare feed or handle horses while staying dry and protected from the elements.
Wide Central Aisle with Lockable Storage Area
The stable includes a wide central aisle measuring 2500 mm. An enclosed storage area or tack room measuring 3500 x 3000 mm is integrated into the design. This space is accessible via a swing door and is ideal for storing saddles, feed and equipment safely, cleanly and dust-free.
Front and Rear Access Doors
At the front of the stable, strong double sliding doors with bar divisions and safety glass allow the entire stable to be closed securely. At the rear, a single swing door with bar division provides additional access and contributes to natural light throughout the stable.
Insulated Roof with Sandwich Panels
The roof of the outdoor stable is finished with insulated sandwich panels as standard, ensuring a comfortable indoor climate year-round. Insulated roof tile profile sheets are also available as an option. All roofs are finished with ridge caps and wind boards for durability and weather resistance.

Modular and Expandable Design
All Mulder Stable and Yard outdoor stables are modular and expandable in steps of 3000 mm, 3500 mm or 4000 mm. Additional horse boxes, hay and feed storage, wash bays or tack rooms can easily be added. Options such as fully hinged fronts for mechanical mucking out, closed partition walls or alternative finishes are also available.
Recommended Placement
For long-term stability and durability, installation on a level surface is recommended, preferably on concrete strip foundations, a poured concrete slab or concrete panels.
