This complete outdoor stable measuring 10660 × 9000 mm is configured with five spacious horse boxes, a wide central aisle and an enclosed tack room. The stable is built entirely from maintenance-free materials and designed for intensive daily use. Thanks to its hot-dip galvanised steel structure, durable polymer boards or bamboo boards, and a well-considered layout, this is a stable built to perform reliably for decades, without concerns about wear, rot or corrosion.

Double sliding doors at both the front and rear of the stable ensure excellent accessibility, natural light and effective ventilation.

Stable Box Fronts and Door Configuration

Each horse box is fitted with a sliding door featuring an integrated hinged inspection door, allowing safe interaction between horse and surroundings. The stable box fronts include a practical feed opening and are designed for smooth, efficient daily operation.

At both the front and rear of the stable, double sliding doors with bar divisions and safety glass provide abundant daylight, good airflow and easy access across the yard. In the configuration menu, you can specify whether the sliding doors should be left- or right-opening.

Roof Construction

The stable is equipped with an insulated gable roof constructed using durable sandwich panels. This roof system minimises temperature fluctuations, prevents condensation and contributes to a stable, healthy indoor climate throughout the year. The additional ridge height of the gable roof enhances natural ventilation and gives the stable a classic, high-end appearance.

Materials and Board Selection (Polymer or Bamboo)

All walls and box components are constructed using hot-dip galvanised steel combined with 32 mm boards, available in black or brown high-density polymer or natural bamboo. These boards are fully maintenance-free, do not rot or warp and are easy to clean. The steel structure is completely corrosion-resistant, making the stable highly suitable for intensive use and varying weather conditions.

Spacious Horse Boxes

The stable includes five horse boxes as standard, each measuring 3000 × 3500 mm. Alternative box dimensions can be selected if required:

• 4000 × 4000 mm

Stable Box Partitions with Flexible Options

The standard stable box partitions feature a closed lower section with bars in the upper section. This configuration encourages social contact between horses while maintaining safety. For increased privacy or reduced stimuli, fully closed partitions can be selected. A closed partition with an inspection hatch offers a balanced alternative. All options can be selected directly in the configuration menu.

Wall Reinforcement with Steel Profiles

All walls are professionally reinforced with vertical steel profiles. These ensure precise alignment, added rigidity and a strong overall construction capable of withstanding intensive daily use.

Enclosed Tack Room

The enclosed tack room, measuring 3500 × 3000 mm, is fitted with a solid hinged door. This dry, dust-free space is ideal for storing saddles, bridles, rugs and other essential equipment, making it an indispensable feature for efficient stable management.

Flexibility and Expandability

The modular structure of this outdoor stable allows full flexibility in layout and future use. The stable can be extended with additional horse boxes, enhanced with stable windows for increased daylight, or expanded with a practical wash bay.

Storage solutions can also be tailored, for example by adding extra storage areas, saddle lockers or stable mats for improved comfort and safety. Feeding and care equipment such as feed troughs, drinking systems, hay racks or feed cart storage can be seamlessly integrated. This allows the stable to evolve naturally with your operation and the needs of your horses.

Wide and Functional Central Aisle

The 3000 mm wide central aisle offers generous space for daily activities such as mucking out, grooming and handling horses. The wide layout improves safety, workflow efficiency and overall ease of use.

Installation and Placement

The stable is supplied with detailed construction drawings, a clear installation manual and all required fixing materials as standard. If desired, our experienced installation team can carry out the full assembly for you, ensuring a perfectly installed result.

For a durable and stable foundation, we recommend a level concrete base, such as a poured slab or concrete strips.
